Well, I'm probably going to regret giving you all this info, But I guess
I've found enough stuff there for now.

If you havent seen it already, Check out http://www.firstcash.com

Its a big huge string of pawn shops all across the southern USA with a large
portion of their inventory online w/ pictures. Keep in mind that the filing
system is a little disorganized, but It pays to dig around on the site for
mis-filed/labeled items because they are often cheaper. You can tell from
some of the descriptions that some shop owners have no clue what they are
looking at. :)

Some of the prices are a bit inflated, but I ALWAYS call the actual store
directly (click the store# link on the item's info page) and negotiate a
lower price directly with a manager. They always come down about 25%. Once
you negotiate a lower price, just type "I negotiated a price of $x with
Bubba from store #y " in the extra info part of your order.

I have also noticed that they charge you shipping based on the price of the
item, not its actuall size! I have gotten heavy rackmount gear and only been
charged $5 shipping! :)

Some cheapo things I have bought there so far:
Boss Dr-55: $20
Roland TR-707: $80
Boss Dr-110: $40
Boss DRPad II: $20
Boss DRPad III: $25
360 Systems 8-Channel Midi controlled VCA: $20!!! (I Actually bought this
JUST for the 2U rackmount case. I was very pleasantly surprised when it
arrived)

Good Luck,
-Dan G.
