Linear VCF

This is one of my all time favorite filters.  Before this the MS20 was my
fave, but this one has a nice electric 'bite' to it that I've not heard in
any other filter.  Using CMOS buffers was an ingenious idea.  My hat's off
to Juergen for making the design accessible to us DIYers.
