you gently lever it up from underneath the keys with a screwdriver, then the 
key tabs poking thru the metal can be pushed forward and up, allowing the 
key to be released. dont break the plas! this holds the keys in!
Also note that the buttons in a lot of roland synths usually are a strip of 
rubber contacts, so you often have to remove quite a few keys to get to a 
dodgy one..
