You can always fall back on the 3320. Both Tom and Craig have
multimode designs based on that. Here's Craig's:

I think what we really need now is a PCB for a good-sounding 4+ pole
filter with allpass response. I know Tom (G) is pretty busy these
days, but how about it? Tom?
