sync24 specifications

Hi list,

Can anyone tell me where I can obtain the specifications for the sync 24
interface? In particular, I need to know what sort of length each clock
pulse should be. I accept that the machine receiving the clock pulses will
respond to the rising edge of each pulse - but I am wondering if there's a
specified minimum / maximum pulse width to which all machines should
respond. I am building a MIDI to sync-24 interface (as a part of a larger
system).
