PCB outsourcing?

Howdy everyone!
   I was pondering the possibility of setting up a theremin production line and would LOVE to stop making my own PCBs if I am going to be doing the same thing over and over and over and over......
   SO, how difficult and expensive would it be to have a PCB specialist print my boards to make production easy? Has anyone done this here? Jesus, I'm sure you have. Any advice would just make me giddy!
