Good, then there's still some hope for me ;-)

I don't think my supermarkewt sells patience-bags that big, but then
again I might have another go at that lollipop ;-)
To tell you the truth, I'll be glad when I can finally connect all the
modules of the vocoder together, apply power, wait for a few seconds
and see no smoke, try it out and have it work!!!

We'll get to it ;-)

Yup. I also run a mailing list myself (see my signature), and I've
actually made it impossible to add attachements (i.e. very large
messages).

Sometimes though, there are quite a lot of messages here. I wish there
was a digest so I could receive one collective message each day instead
of many small ones. Do you know of any such thing?

Thanks! I've taken a look at it briefly, and I can certainly see why I
have had problems. I never understood that the RV1 potmeter should have
one of the side-pins connected to where there wasn't even a hole on the
PCB!
No wonder it never worked.
I'm currently looking into the jack connectors, to make sure I figure
that out correctly and am drawing an illustration for that, so when I'm
done I can upload some more pictures which you can "approve" compared
to your circuit.

Ah, a Linux user?
That's pretty cool, to see someone not worship bill gate$ ;-)
I'm an Atari ST and Apple Mac user myself, so no windoze
in sight here ;-))
I'll get back to the circuit in a little while, and after that we can
try to cooperate until we both complete our vocoder -do you have a lot
of work left? What's not done at your end?
