Cutting circuit boards.

I thought I saw a post on this a couple of months ago, but cannot find it.
Does anyone have tips on cutting circuit boards?  For mechanical reasons, I
need to do some slight trimming on a proto-type style board that is
other-wise perfect for a project.  I was successful cutting one with an
Exacto knife.  BUT, that was a huge pain in the a**.  I was thinking maybe
a Dremel style cut-off wheel or something.  But, I thought I would tap the
vast resources of this list first.  Any good experience to share?
