Interesting design Ian.
Some time ago there was some people who
also tried to design a TRI vco but i
don't know if you got it working!!
Any news folks, about your TRI VCO experiments??
It is particularly interesting to be able to
use a NPN pair for the expo converter to drive
the VCO instead of the usually PNP pair that
is used for the OTA device.
