MAT-04/CA3046 Characterization

Okay, I just finished the temperature run on the MAT-04 heater prototype. The
circuit was able to regulate the die temperature with the ambient changing from
10C to 40C (46 to 104F). The theoretical die temperature was 44.5C.

These are encouraging results. While the range is lower than a CA3046, I think
46-104F is a reasonable range for a synth. Who wants to play at those extremes,
anyway?

My next challenge is to document all of this and put it on my (soon to be) web
site.
