Hi all,

I've encountered some strange-labeled transistors in a NAD amplifier
I am repairing. (it's a NAD 3400 Stereo Power Amplifier)

Description:
One "D170G", TOP-3 housing;
two "A1516", TO-3P housing and green;
two "C3907", TO-3P housing,
and one "B1155", TOP-3.

I suppose these are some special NAD numbers, because I haven't
had any luck finding them in the usual catalogs. (farnell, elfa)

Does anyone know what these can be replaced with?
I'd be deeply grateful.

thanks,
Hallgeir

PS: offlist replies please.
