Ping: Gurus. MAT-04 EXPO for (2) VCO

    The MAT04 is diffusion isolated, so the substrates must be connected to
the most negative potential.  The THAT transistor arrays are dialectricly
isolated, but they don't have the low Rbe that the MAT04 has.
