Yep, you'll get soft-sync for sure. Even if you connect the substrate
(don't think it is separate, just separat-ed) to the negative rail like
you're supposed to. I think the only way to really kill it would be for
there to be two individual dies in the chip, which isn't the case. My
advice, one chip per VCO.
