I guess that depends on your personal definition of quality.  Things are
not always as they appear.  There has been significant discussion on the
MOTM list about this stuff.  Apparently, we are talking about surplus
quality parts like pots and jacks and such.  In my opinion, I wouldn't put
this in the category of Modcan or MOTM.  Maybe closer to PAiA, where cost
control is a primary focus.  However, I am basing my opinion on information
from others (that report to know).  I have not yet put my hands on any of
it (nor do I intend to).  I'm just not interested in open carbon based pots
and other cheaper components.  I prefer sealed cermet or plastic pots,
switchcraft jacks, and the like.  I guess I have been spoiled by MOTM
stuff.  However, this just might be the ticket for somewhat who would
rather have cheaper stuff.
