Fw: TOM, a question re: more hybrid OTA filters

Was Private...but what the hey! Somebody else may need this info
too. I filed the original names to protect the innocent and except full 
responsibility for this snafu! 

BTW a few people have contacted me about adding this one to cam2.
I may just do that. It's certainly a nice version of this filter.
