For the Insanity you should just wire the inputs to ground and make those
inverters make minimal damage.

For the Shaka Braddah III I would use up the second half of the TL072 as the
output buffer... I think I prefer that over the so far unseen idea of using
a TL071 (one op-amp instead of two - same design!) which would be just
shocking!

Thanks for sharing these with us, I definitly feel like trying these out...
stomp-boxes can be usefull in normal synth cases two... as waveshapers ;)
Then there is chorus and phasers to post-processing naturally ;)
