Frequency Divider

    I have an old Blacet Frequency Divider, it says 1979 on the PCB. I
am planning to add some Divider stages. I have decided on some very
simple additions of /4, /6, /8 and /12 by dividing the /2 and /3 stages
with two more /2 stages. I have put a schematic on my web site if anyone
would care to give me any suggestions.

    I am curious what should I use to power the two 4013s? The module
runs off +-15V. I was thinking to run a wire to the trace on the
original PCB that runs to pin 14 of the 4013 on that board. Is this ok
or should use another method.
