Spice Sim / phase reversal ?

Hi y'all

I was playing with a spice simulation of a glide circuit, with a switch
for exp/lin
response.  While flipping the toggle between mode, the output reversed
and ran for the
rail, just like the dreaded "phase reversal".  It is likely that the
common mode voltage
could have been exceeded in the simulation...

So.... Q?

Has anyone ever seen phase reversal in a spice macromodel. This one was
an NJM072
model.

Was this real, or just a math sampling error ???
