Hex VC mixer

I have two of the PAIA EKX-9 boards with this design,
but I am having trouble with control voltage feedthru
on fast transients (thumping). Is anybody else seeing this?

I am using the RCA chips that came with the kits and 1 volt P-P
signals in.
