LM3900 = LM2900

Yeh, LM2900 is the industrial strngth version of the LM3900. same chip but 
higher spec. you usually pay more for these than the 3900's.. some natsemi's 
devices were made in a 1,2,3 series 1=mil spec,2=industrial spec, 3 = 
consumer spec. ie also LM158,258,358 etc
