Hi Ian and list!
Congrats to the new VCO!
To me the question would be not how well the THATs are matched, but merely
if it is possible to make a current mirror with a current gain that is
trimmable.
(My first guess would be to start from a mirror with emitter resitors and
make the resistors trimmable. It would be the question if the mirror
remains linear.) Could allow to use even not tightly matched devices.
