Frequency dividers

Have a look at http://kato.sai.com.au/catgirl/synth/modules.html
This divider runs a X2 prescaler, then divides by whole numbers (3,5,7)
giving 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5. 4.5 could easily be added by using the /9
output (done with a 4017). Other ratios are handled using a binary
counter (2024)
