Wanted: Sh1000/2000 schematics

Hi!

I wonder if anyone out there has the Sh1000/2000 schematics and are able to
scan at least parts of them for me? 
I have found a really beaten up sh2000. I think it has been outside in the
rain or maybe in a flooded basement! It had mud and som sort of seeds in it...
Then i thnk someone tried to fix it by soldering wires over the circuit
breakers and plug it in...needless to say, i need the scemo for the PSU.
I managed to get the -15v rail to vork by replacing a burnt diode, but the
+15v doesnt work. I think the fault is in a metal can transistor-looking
thing, marked "830CE   7630". I dont know what it is, maybe it is some kind
of regulator...
