[Simple VCA]

hi,

i have successfully used an H11F3 FET opto-isolator as a simple VCA. it comes
in a 6 pin DIP package and the cost is resonable from most sources. be careful
selecting the LED resistors (shoot for around 6 ma).

i would send you a schematic but i don't have access to my home PC due to
being in Brazil on assignment.

btw: i've used these for audio VCAs but DC tests i've done seemed favorable
too. let me know how it goes if you try them.
