I have no experience with that solder, but it sounds close enough to
Kester331 that I can sympathize. The tip in my iron runs at 700 F, so, you
might want to try and turn up the heat a bit. Rosin in my experience gives
the best wetting action. But you pay a price. Yes, it is a little slower
soldering with Kester331 (or other fluxes as well, I imagine), but the time
saved in cleaning the board, in my opinion (plus not having to wear a space
suit and disposing of the chemicals) more than pays for having to work a
little slower. Just my opinion.
