Synthdiy meeting 2000 - So. California edition...

Ok, I've got a bit of a crazy idea.......

Anyone interested in a Synth-DIY get-together at Lake Havasu, Arizona?:

during the day:
wakeboarding/waterskiing
jetskiing
girls in thongs

during the night:
girls in thongs (if you find/bring/draw 'em)
beer
synths
Synth-DIY talk, etc.

I have an old 78 Cobalt trihull ski boat.  I have a few weekends reserved
at a motel near the dam (Havasu Springs).  Unfortunately, its a real small
room - intented for my family of 4.  But the wife has turned 40, and
decided she no longer wants to be married.  So, I have these reservations
and still a desire to get out there and pull wakeboarders around and of
course, drink a few beers at night and hopefully watch some cool lightning
storms.  I thought, "hey, wouldn't it be cool to do this and have a bunch
of synth-DIY'rs around too?? " 

In Havasu City there are many more hotels with many more rooms.  I'm not
sure how they fill up during the summer weekends but maybe we could plan
something at one of them for nitetime meetings....  They might have
somewhere safe to stash the synths during the day too.  Unfortunately,
Havasu City is like 25 miles from the Havasu Springs motel - so if there
is a lot of interest it may be smarter for me to just do it all at Havasu
City, depends on how many are interested.
