Yeh, there is one, real popular in phaser pedals.. from the look of it , it 
seems to run the op amp both as an integrator and a hysteresis comparator at 
the same time.. voltage control could be real hard, but maybe you could do 
something fancy with a fet.. then there's just the sync problem...
