I have a speech device for sale:

Accent SE  

Outboard speech synthesizer,  portable speaker and output jack runs off
of wall wart (included) and optional internal Nicad.  Interface is
standard serial cable. Works on any pc, any OS.  Basic drivers included
( I have extra programs for higher end use). Nice metal case,
Roadworthy.  Haven't giged it but sturdier than other spchsyn's I have
used out. This device is less proprietary than DecTalk, more standard a
good piece to hack into , plenty of kluge room and the Rom is almost
certainly replaceable.
