BTW, did a search on www.future-active.com... The have the ca3280 in stock.
as well as the lm13700.. but they are NOT cheap at all.. the ca3280 are
about 10 bux a piece! But, AFAIK , it looks like they only sell automotive
(A-rated) and Extended versions for industry apps.. When I worked for GM we
bought a lot of stuff from them because of this..

Now the question is: How badly do you want them? ;)
