IC VCO

Hello!
Iam woundering if anyone knows a VCO using lotsa ics.....not many discret component? i have tried to build many vco´s att vero but enden up whit tdesoldering...........
the vco should probly have cmoses not some rarechips just common ones and it should not use 2024 and 1v/oct ( notvery kinky)got access to many!
and please asap
