CAM question.. Tom G?

Hey I finished up my Dual MS20 filter board..  One problem.  The cutoff works 
fine with the Res all the way down, but as soon as the res gets about 1/3rd 
of the way up there is massively loud high pitched and then low pitched 
speaker blowing oscillations.  Self oscillation to the max.  I think way too 
much - so does my amp.  Has anyone else experienced this? The board and parts 
are all pretty straight forward, the wiring was pretty simple, but now it 
seems as if Ive built myself an oscillator.  FWIW I've only hooked up one of 
the filters on the board at this time, if this would make a difference..  
Dont think so, but....
Anyone got any ideas?
