Minimoog schematics

Hello all!


Sorry for the following question, probably it has been asked many times
up to know.
Does anyone know, where I can get the complete schematics from the Model
D Minimoog?
Is there an online source or must I order the schematics somewhere?
In my Project I want to build a Minimoog, but with some additional
features, which the original
doesn't have. For example some more waveshapes, a different EG and some
other features.
