Once when i was wisiting him we opened the hodd on the Mimi and had some
interesting discussion on the hardware
(and there is a hughe pile of that inside!) as i can remember i asked him
why he had done it on veroboard instead of a decent PCB!
He said that he'd belived that PCB was wery expencive, but i said hell no,
its not, but the main reason i think was actually that he didnt
know how to do some PCB's!!!!

Besides its a mess of cables inside but the synts sounding exelent
and have some really nice software features that i have newer seen in a
other comercically available programable poly synt.

He made the Mimi after taking his Mse. It took a year he told me!.
