:::In the data sheet there are two FETs shown without polarity.

:::What I've put together is this: The supply pin is called "drain voltage",
:::and it's negative, so the output transistors should be p-channel
:::FETs connected as source followers. So the chip would be made
:::in P-MOS technology ? Can anybody confirm this ?
The MN300x datasheet came in to my hands yesterday (big clean up).
Yes, I remeber it says: New PMOST technology or so.
But I have not seen any real schematic, I think so.
A impedance decoupler source follower makes sense, anyway.
I think the "buckets" are quite high impedance nodes in
the average.
What kind of sinister attack are you planning, Juergen?
