I don't have the stuff in front of me, but if memory serves one module was
the VCO, one module was the HP VCF, and one module was the LP VCF.
The VCA was a discrete diode ring in the Korg 700. 
Later models (800DV) had the VCA potted, too.

I can mail you schemos for the 700 if you like.
Do you happen to have 700S or 770 schemos ?
