Power-one supplies (I feel stupid...)

OK - so I bought a new Power One supply for my Serge panel - the HTAA16W,
triple output, +5v, -12v, +12v. Comes with test data, a certificate of ISO
900 compliance, and a 4 page app note. But I can't find the damn 5v output!

There are five output pins - 2 labeled +out, 2 labeled -out, and one
labeled com. One each of the + and - outs are the 12v outputs, but the
other two read 0 v. 

The web site is no help. The office will be closed tomorrow. Anyone have
any experience with this supply?
