New DMM

Hi all,

Murphy's Law they call it. While working on some future module I knocked
over a 1kg reel of pretinned copper wire, it rolled along my bench and
toppled over the edge. No problem I thought as I watched it drop out of
sight. Crack! It landed right onto the LCD of my trusty DMM. I have had
it for fifteen years, and now its only use is as a paper weight.

So I bought myself a new Tektronix DMM249. A very nice piece of kit, and
after trawling through the various catalogues, it seemed the best buy. A
mere snip at 139UKP. Well recommended!
