As I am a jeweller this is exactly what I use for all drilling
operations. Very expensive though.
Try dental suppliers, its where we get our drills, (unofficially)
and there are cheaper models.
Drilling equipment through other sources seems ludicrously
expensive.
Oh and I use an old fashioned graving tool for cutting tracks
and cleaning up muddily developed boards.
