cutting PCB traces

I have exactly what you want..
I have a dremel tool with the Black and Decker Wizard flexible extension. It
has a cable that transfers the twist to a much smaller pen-like head on the
end which chucks your bits.. You can also get extremely small bits, about
the size of the tip of a pencil that work GREAT to cut traces without taking
too much off..
Total setup cost is about 65 for the dremel model 395 varispeed and about 30
dollars for the flexible extension.
I will NEVER use the dremel by itself ever again.. The precision you can get
with the extension is amazing.. Not to mention, the gyroscopic effect set up
by the motor makes it downright dangerous to cut anything without the
extension due to oscillations that occur.. I took one of the bits right
through my thumbnail after it jumped in my hand once, and the cutting didnt
hurt, but the heat of the tool SURE DID! It cauterized the flesh beneath the
cut.. Yuck..
