We found a joint in a field strength meter sent in for service once. 
I guess some field tech didn't have anything better to do while 
driving the company van...


As for the cockroaches, "roach motel" is a common synonym for any 
piece of consumer gear brought in for service around here (and I'm 
not talking about leftover pot).
