On the subject of Mr. Eno (in the letter about the studio series and
U2)....
I was in Melbourne for the past week, and in AuGoGo second hand records,
I found
Before And After Science, by Eno, and there is even one track (not
surprisingly the nicest) which I was pleased to hear features Roedelius
and Mobius of Cluster fame. I'm loving this record, a lot more pop than
my one and only other Eno recording, Music For Airports, Ambient 1.
B&A Science was oddly enough $40, $20 dearer than anything else that
interested me in the store. It came with some beutiful watercolor
prints, which seen to be worth more than how much i payed for it.
Does anyone else have these prints/record? What do you think? How much
did YOU pay?
