MOTM-440 clarification

I have just updated the MOTM-440 filter description to clarify some points
people have
brought up.

The original P5 Rev 2 used the "datasheet application note" for the filter.
It used a SSM2020 VCA
for the VC Q feedback.

The MOTM-440 uses a discrete VCA with the *additional feature* of the bass
booster circuit. The P5 R2
"sound" is the 'normal' mode of operation. The 'enhanced' position switchs
in a second feedfack path,
which in turn sounds more "Moog-like". Also, since we can control the
overall gain structure, the '440 design
can be over-driven like the MOTM-420 MS-20 filter. The P5 R2 had set the
gain *not* to do this.

Lastly, this is a fixed lowpass (24dB/oct) configuration.
