DIY MIDI Program Changer

Dear All,

	Still I think 'On Topic' (DIY and Synth related !) does anyone out
	there know of  a design on the web for a MIDI program changer
	which will merge it's self-generated MIDI program change messages
	with an incomming MIDI stream ?

	This is to add MIDI program change capability to a cheap MIDI
	master keyboard which does not have this program change facility.
