I bought a couple of $1.99 6' extension cords to break my wall warts out from the power strip since I have an inordinate amount of them. My question is: if I shorten these to about 1' apiece, is there any reason why I *shouldn't* use them? They are rated for 13A apiece. thanks, andy (of course, the power supplies i am plugging in are all under 1A)
