Given all the 'analogue modelling' synths that have appeared in the last
couple of years, somebody *should* have done it properly by now...
They still need to take a good hard listen to some real analogue filters
IMHO. I've never got beyond a digitally modelled filter to the point where I
formed an opinion on the accuracy the oscillator models.

In theory, I shouldn't be able to hear any difference between a perfectly
looped sample of a few seconds of a real VCO, and the real VCO itself
(monitored thru the same adc/dac chain).
That's the theory...
