That unit has a 16 bit DAC.  They're also in the process of making an upgrade 
board for their SE-1 synth which will give it 16 bit resolution (the current 
version has awful zippering on every parameter).  BTW, the ATC-1 has DCO's, 
the SE-1 has VCO's.
