Hello Tom,

Thanks for your reply. I hope you're willing to make me and a lot of
other DX7II owners very happy. So in effect I hope you're willing to put
up your E! card for cloning. If you're not willing, equal good friends
(this is a translation of a dutch saying and I don't think/know if this
is good english, sorry). Please contact the person who's going to do the
cloning, it's "The OldCrow" his email address is oldcrow at oldcrows.net,
you will see he's a very skilled DIY man. Anyway thanks for your reply.

BTW this ot is for all you folks out there: My email crashed, I use
Netscape Communicator 4.7 and my Inbox was about 24Mb. This morning I
looked in my Inbox and there were "holes" between the messages, weired I
thought. Shut down Netscape, started it again and it couldn't read in
the Inbox anymore, totally messed up. So if I don't reply to a message
one of you sent me, it's not out of malice but just dumb computer
mess-up. I did have a backup but I lost all messages off this morning,
about 80, and all messages of friday, saterday and sunday. I did respond
to this messages though. I hope this isn't gonna happen to often. Anyone
of you has had problems like this with Netscape to?

I've been so inpolite to never introduce myself, I've been lurking at
the background for a few months and saw very interesting information and
discussions. Well I give a short introduction now and hope I'm forgivven
(as well as for the introduction as being so late with it). I'm 39,
almost 40, have a wife, two kids (daughters), a dog (Shar-Pei) and work
in the ICT. I used to be a electronic DIY'er and trying to pick it up
again lately. Got way to little time for it though, just got to much
hobby's. In my student days, I studied HTS Elektrotechniek (higher
technical school for electrotechnics, don'r know what the equivalent is
in the USA), I built a modular the Elektor Formant. Being a student and
ever poor at that moment, in moment of insanity and money-need I sold
the Formant. But I think one off these days I'm gonna build a new
modular, at least keep up my knowledge of things and put it off to my
retirement. Thanks for all the info and hopefully (but seen the vast
knowledge of you guys I don't think I stand much chance) I can
contribute something to.

Regards to all of you (and in this case especially to Tom),
