TR808 parts?

I have recently acquired a rather sick TR808 which I will try to nurse back
to health. I havent recieved the unit yet, but I already know of a couple of
things that will be needed:

#1 The plastic end caps are probably cracked and badly damaged. I think it
should be fairly easy to make a nice set of wooden end caps. Anyone done
this before?

#2 The knob caps are all missing. I was looking at this photo:

I am almost positive I have seen these knob caps in a generic form in an
electronics parts catalog. Any leads would be appreciated.

Wish me luck! This could be a great deal or a disaster...
