a simple vco

UJT (nte6400, nte6410 etc.), 100k pot from V+ to E of UJT, 0.1uF cap for
timing from
E to GND, B1 to V+ B2 to 10uF cap for output and
to 10k resitor to ground. Sawtooth output.
