Yup. It's somewhere between the ASM1 and Fatman in complexity, and fairly
near the Fatman in features and sound (2-pole 13700 lowpass filter, dual
saw-only oscillators, two EGs, but both are simple AD types). It adds an
LFO where the unmodded Fatman has none. It speaks 1V/8va CV, but doesn't
have the internal MIDI hookups.
There are also a bunch of mods to add a lot of what it lacks, and modularize
it as well.
Like the ASM1, you buy the raw PCB from a list member (Mr TomG), then source
a bunch of the parts yourself (Though Tom had a standing parts kit order at
Mouser...you just had to ask for the proper code, which made sourcing the
parts fairly simple).
After all of the parts are added, it comes out under $100.
